Proper Media Installment
Make sure that the ribbons are coming from over top of the roll.
The yellow arm should be flipped up and pushed snug against the roll.
Next, you will need to make sure that the media sensor's is in the correct position. The green light should be centered on the labels.
You can adjust this by sliding the yellow square left and right to get it in the proper placement.
