ZT111 Printer - How to Recover Calibration

It may be necessary to recover the calibration of your ZT111 printer if the labels are not being printed properly.

Why you may need to recover calibration

  1. A dirty printhead

  2. A printer error state such as flashing or blinking lights on the front of the printer

  3. Labels text is being printed over multiple labels

  4. Labels are misaligned

To Recover Sensor Calibration:

  1. In the Jolt app, go to SETTINGS

  2. Select Printers


  3. Select the Printer you’re using.

    1. You will see your serial number in jolt and you can confirm the serial number on the printer.

    2. The last four digits in the printer menu will correspond to the serial number of the device

Select the printer from the printer menu, and you will see the option to RECOVER SENSOR CALIBRATION


You will now see your printer’s lights change color.

You will see the Status, Pause, Data, Supplies, and Network turn AMBER. This is a soft-reset.

Next you will see the Status Light turn orange

**Please note, this process may take a few moments. And a few labels may feed from the printer. Both are normal **
