ZT111 Printer - How to Recover Calibration

Updated over 2 months ago

It may be necessary to recover the calibration of your ZT111 printer if the labels are not being printed properly.

Common reasons for calibration issues:

  1. A dirty printhead

  2. A printer error state such as flashing or blinking lights on the front of the printer

  3. Labels text is being printed over multiple labels

  4. Labels are misaligned

To Recover Sensor Calibration:

  1. In the Jolt app, go to SETTINGS

  2. Select Printers

  3. Select the Printer you’re using.

    • Match the serial number in Jolt with the serial number shown on your printer (last four digits).

4. Select the printer from the printer menu, and you will see the option to RECOVER SENSOR CALIBRATION

  • The Status, Pause, Data, Supplies, and Network lights will turn amber (this is a soft reset).

  • Next you will see the Status Light turn amber

**Please note, this process may take a few moments. And a few labels may feed from the printer. Both are normal **
