Naming your device is essential for identifying your device from the web portal, while speaking to support, and throughout your daily use. After you set up your JPS (jolt print station) it is important that you name the device in your device's settings.
To name/rename your device, complete the following:
1. Go to Settings and select About
2. On the row labeled Device Name select the EDIT button (the pencil)
3. Name the device by editing the Text in the Device Name field
4. Don't forget to SAVE
What to name your printer
The naming convention is based on your location (store name) and department. For example:
"Traverse Kitchen" or "Bangerter Produce"
