There are times when a print job on your Jolt/Zebra ZT111 printer needs to be canceled before it finishes. This could happen if the wrong label format was sent to the printer, the job contains incorrect data (like the wrong product or country of origin), too many labels were queued by mistake, or if the printer was accidentally sent a duplicate job.
Canceling the print job helps prevent wasted labels, reduces confusion, and keeps your printing workflow running smoothly.
How to Cancel a Print Job
On the front of your printer you will see a physical keypad with some physical buttons:
PAUSE
FEED
CANCEL
To properly cancel a print job, first Pause the printer.
The pause light will turn amber.
Then press Cancel
This should clear the print job in queue.
If that doesn't work....
on the back of the printer there is a power switch, located just above the power cable.
** Please note ** Because of the risk of getting your printer into an error-state, it's important that this step should only be tried if the steps above don't work, or in emergencies.
you can switch the printer off
wait 20-30 seconds
power back on the printer
The status lights may take a few minutes to start up properly. it may take a moment to load the printer settings and configuration
