If you are attempting to close your ZT111 printhead, and it wont close, you need to make sure that your platen roller bearings are not in the way of the printhead assembly
The platen roller is found in the front of the printer, under the printhead and labels
Make sure the bearings are in the proper position as demonstrated below:
